2013 Reading Competition
The Northeastern Educational Intermediate Unit will be hosting its eighth annual Reading Competition in the spring of 2013. The competition is open to all schools within Intermediate Unit 19.
The goal of the Reading Competition is to increase the quality and quantity of books students read for enjoyment. Students will collaborate with teammates to read approximately forty books. At the spring event, teams will answer questions about the reading they have completed. The focus of the competition is one of a celebration of reading rather than a contest.
