The Department of Human Resources maintains records and follows policies set forth by the Northeastern Educational Board of Directors for all Professional and Non-Professional employees. It assists other departments with possible candidates for employment. The Department of Human Resources also acts in the capacity of an informational conduit to other intermediate units and member districts.
