On November 18th, the NEIU Board of Directors had the honor and pleasure of hearing some of our students from the SOAR and STRIVE transition programs play the steel drums under the direction of Mr. Frank Torquato affectionately know as Mr. T! The Electric City Steel Drum Project creates opportunities for all members of the community to be part of their quality program of music instruction! Thank you to Mr. T and friends.
